Rod  seal is of polyurethane & guided by PTFE bearings to take more side load & of self       lubricating quality. 4. Piston rods are of alloy steel; toughened & ground hard - chrome plated. Re-grinding is       done after chrome plating to ensure proper finish & maximum life of bearings & seals. 5. All cylinders are tested for static pressure testing & leakage test.
